1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website and/or renting a bedspace at La Vielle Residence, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or rent our services.
2. Rental Agreement
All rentals are subject to a separate Rental Agreement. The terms of the Rental Agreement will govern the specific details of your rental, including the rental period, payment terms, and rules of conduct. The bedspace is to be used solely for residential purposes. Subletting or assigning the Rental Agreement is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of La Vielle Residence. Tenants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their bedspace and adhering to all community rules and regulations.
5. Conduct
Tenants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other residents. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the Rental Agreement.
6. Amenities
La Vielle Residence provides certain amenities for the convenience of its tenants. Use of these amenities is subject to availability and may be subject to additional rules and regulations. La Vielle Residence reserves the right to modify or discontinue amenities at any time without prior notice.
7. Security
La Vielle Residence takes reasonable measures to ensure the safety and security of its residents. However, La Vielle Residence is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property. Tenants are encouraged to obtain their own insurance to cover personal belongings.
8. Termination
La Vielle Residence reserves the right to terminate the Rental Agreement for violation of these Terms and Conditions or the Rental Agreement. Upon termination, the tenant must vacate the premises immediately and return all keys.
